Gala CC&Rs
CC&Rs are a set of rules that govern a community or property development. They outline what property owners can and cannot do with their property, establish the rights and responsibilities of homeowners, and define how the community is managed and maintained. These rules are designed to preserve property values, maintain the community's appearance, and ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents.
Bylaws
Bylaws are the internal rules that govern how the homeowners association operates. They typically outline the procedures for running the association, including how board members are elected, when meetings are held, how decisions are made, and what powers the board has. Bylaws essentially serve as the instruction manual for how the HOA should function on a day-to-day basis.
